    I am raising this again as our Directors and clients have been complaining that the quality of PDF documents after OCR are of poor quality. We are having to revert the documents back to the version prior to OCR creating 3 versions of the same document.

    Can a maintenance option be created to excluded certain Document Types from OCR? Happy to supply examples.

    I agree with Cara. We have had a number of clients complain as they do not know which of their OneClick accounts a new message refers to without going into each account until they find the message.
