  1. Ability for the CCH Portal to automatically OCR documents provided by clients - or for CCH DM to be able set to OCR documents automatically using OCR services when they are saved to DM from Portal (as is the case if CCH Scan or Document Importer are used to add documents to DM)

  3. Setting out of office with in Central only allows us to set a date. Is it possible to allow us to type in a message as well or have it link to Outlook?

  4. Set up the client contacts for whom bills are usually issued to over the Portal. this would usually be the key director/partner and the book-keeper, who needs a copy for the book-keeping records.

  5. Introduce an option against messages in Central that will indicate to the recipient in the portal that it is important

  6. Some of our less tech savvy clients have needed help in locating their activation email (checking SPAM filters etc) and it would really help us if there was more detailed message tracking so we could see when the message was delivered to the user.

  7. where a client has multiple email addresses held on CCH, please give the ability to cc the portal notification to other addresses.

    this would help if one of the notifications has gone into a spam folder as seems to have been the case with some of ours!

  8. At present all users can get notifciation, however some get a lot of messages and do not want an email. Others who rarely get one would benefit from receiving an email.

  10. There is a system for new portal messages to be sent for review. As far as I can see there is, however, no way to mandate a review. The only task permission I can see is to allow a user to send a portal message or not.

    There should be a task permission to 'Draft a message' seperate to 'Sending a Message' or perhaps one which says that the message must be reviewed. Perhaps this could be linked to a responsibility type such as partner and manager of that client, or maybe using the reports to... . Ideally there needs…

  12. When uploading a large file it would be useful to know the status of the upload either time or % as to give the portal user an indication of how long it will take.

  13. We would like to be able to control which features our staff can enable for clients. In time this list could become confusing as you add more features to OneClick and they may not all be applicable to our firm.

  14. The Activate Oneclick button shows up on the main find client screen or within a client - under Task menu - but you have to navigate there.

    It would be good to have the activate button under the Message and Documents Tab as that is the logical place to check if a client has been activated. Also the associated contacts button has disappeared which was helpful under portal.
