Clients want save message as draft
A client has complained that if she is interrupted when creating a message it times out after a period of time and she loses what she has typed. It would be useful to have a save as draft option for them.

In order to make the activation process easier, please remove the option to do the 2FA process later as this has to be done straightaway in order for the client to be fully activated. This is causing a lot of confusion and then causing further issues as clients are leaving the 2FA until later, then they are not set up which is then becoming an issue when we are sending the documents to sign.

This needs to be implemented, we also get this complaint from clients.

This would be good from a client's perspective as well as staff. We have had quite a bit of feedback from clients that there is no facility to save (& preferrably auto save) a message that they will be sending to us.

We get this complaint a LOT and very angry clients who sometimes spend a lot of time composing a message to us and then lose it.
