  1. We need to be able to send a Digital Data Request to a new client. Currently it is only possible to send a DDR to a client we have already done at least one Tax Return for.

  2. We need the ability to add additional sections for a client to fill out within the DDR panel. Currently it only lists what was included in the client's previous year's Tax Return but we need to be able to adapt it for times when we know a client's circumstances have changed before we send out the DDR.

  3. Currently, if we upload 10 documents for e-sign to a client within one message, they will get 10 separate automated emails to tell them they have a document to e-sign. Would it be possible to improve the algorithm so that only one email is sent per message?

  4. As we have different employees dealing with tasks within workflows the person sending a document for approval may not be the person that needs to action the next task after approval. This is would also be helpful if a Client's normal manager/employee contact is off sick or on holiday, that another employee can send documents for approval on their behalf and those approvals go back to the manager/employee contact. Support suggested that I use this platform as it was a good idea.

  5. Hi

    With all the enhanced CDD we need to do. We have to ask our overseas clients to send us a video of them with their photo ID. We would have expected this could be done through the portal but it appears it can't

    Can this be added please.

  6. On the online OneClick portal, clients see a messages and documents tile and then can click further into that and see a 'documents' tile with outstanding documents. It would be great if this could be mirrored for CCH users, so we can internally see documents. If we want Directors to sign accounts, it would be easier for them to find directly from a documents tile.

  7. Can you please allow us to access clients recovery codes.
    Having to log a support call whenever they are needed is a frustrating waste of time, especially during busy periods, and onoly frustrates clients more.

  8. Can we have "Employee Salutation" as a field to pick when creating a message template in portal, as employees are not only using their first and last names for email sign off etc.

    A similar feature in OneClick would be needed too.

  9. We have many sole traders who do not wish to access OneClick themselves and would rather have their bookkeeper or nominated contact deal with it. It would be useful to select who has OneClick access for an individual in the same way you do for an organisation.

  10. Can we have an option to set a delayed delivery date/time for messages in Oneclick, so bulk messages can be prepared in advance and sent at the date/time specified?
