  1. Is there any way under assignments/jobs that we can default the latest workflow. When we go into the clients assignments and there are different versions of the workflow it always defaults to the first workflow version rather than the latest version

  2. There are currently only two genders (Male/Female). Please could you arrange for this to be expanded so that we can fit our clients into the correct description? As this is a protected characterstic under the Equality Act we would like this to be implemented ASAP.

  4. On document Centre you shouldnt have to scroll or go through a number of pages. There should be an option to collapse or expand all folder.

  6. The abilty to pin a document in the client document centee would be really useful. For instance I have a document that i use each week for a client but over the last year it has fallen way down the page on the document screen due to other documents being uploaded to the client.

  8. When opening a client if ON HOLD this flags up for further investigation. An additional status like SEE NOTES then the flag/flash directs to any instruction re client

  9. Could we have a bulk update option for Office and Departments for Assignments similar to that on the Client tab's bulk update options? It doesn't really make sense to be able to update the client records but for each assignment that will need to be updated, we have to go in to each assignment on each affected client and manually update offices and/or departments which can easily take up a lot of time.

  10. Ex-partners still appear in drop down searches even though the linked employee record is inactive. Having an inactive option in the Internal > Partners area would allow you to stop this.

  12. Export to excel - Calculated fields in the CCH Report should be included when the CCH report is exported.

    The only way to export the calculated fields is using the export at the top left of the screen then the whole spreadsheet comes over as a text file which has no value for data manipulation.

  13. When deleting a job, if there is a document in the job it doesn't do anything...no exception report. I would expect some message saying why it didn't do anything instead of having us guess.

  14. We quite often send out information to our clients using mail merge and would prefer to have the attachment as a PDF, for example, we are currently sending out weekly emails to keep our clients updated on the latest news. It would be really handy to be able to CC others into the email too.

  15. Having the ability to edit the type of relationship a record has with another record on the associated page.
    For example: Some users have incorrectly set up a relationship, they have chosen 'has mailing contact' where as it should be 'is mailing contact'. Having the ability to edit this would be useful because when the associated record has one click access the relationship cannot be deleted.

  18. Could consideration please be given to not have the “delete” and “split” options below each other on the right click option menu? Users have reported that they find it quite easy to delete when they meant to split a document. Maybe the “delete” option could be moved to the top?

  19. Sometimes a backup may need to be done during the day due to some planned activity. I need to be able to see who is logged in to get them out. All communication may have been sent out, some users may not remember and still be entering data. Then if a restore has to be done they would have lost any work entered during that time.

    Given that the software is on-premise and hosted in your local environment, it is not possible for the software to recognise active users.


    This will be considered as part of the development of our cloud solution.

  20. It would be easier if we could use keyboard shortcuts for the 'admin' side of Central. For example, using Ctrl & backspace and Ctrl * C/V - these currently do not work and instead you get little squares.
