When viewing the job management screen, within the 'assigned to' column, you can right click and remove all, which removes all the people within the assigned to column. If the individual didn't have their screen filtered to their jobs, they can remove the assignee from every job within the business.
This function is far too easy for someone to use, there should be more control in place.
Either:
1. Have an 'Are you sure' type yes/no box pop up when you click it.
2. Include it within the task permissions so we can limit who has the permissions to use that function.
3. Remove it from our CCH completely - I'm not sure when we would need it anyway, because the option to 'reassign all' still remains.
