pdf individual documents

It would be great to have a PDF button (like the one in the bills screen) where you can select an document press PDF and it converts to a PDF for you. the current process is to save as to a location and upload back to the document centre

    This would be useful and would act as a 'lock' on the edits of a word document too? We find that you lose access to the audit trail and version information if you 'lock' a document.

    The create PDF Collection creates a new document though. Using the Convert to PDF workflow step is better because it creates a new version of the same document. We've had to create a workflow with this one step to be able to do this. Please can this just be added as a button on the ribbon.

    Hi Trevor have you tried the Create PDF Collection option? The can be used for one or more documents to achieve your goal.
